Hello Everyone,

My name is Brian Lopez. I’m a licensed plumber in El Paso, TX and have been working in the plumbing industry for over 10 years. I’d like to tell you a bit about myself and the company I work for, as well as, what you can expect from this blog moving forward.

I’ve lived in El Paso most of my life with short spurts in Tucson, Austin and New York. I’ve worked in several different jobs but plumbing has a special place in my heart. It combines physical labor with problem solving and even finesse. Yes, I said finesse. It’s not all swinging a sledge hammer or banging on stuff with your pipe wrench to “Get it to work”. You need to make sure things line up just right so that you can slide those bolts home and get a nice tight seal. Oh, how sweet it is.

Bio Remedies ,the company I work for, has been in business for over 25 years. We started off using enzymes and bacteria to improve the breakdown of the grease in drain lines. When a customer of ours got a clog they called us. We bought a sewer machine to help them out…. and the rest as they say, is history.

We try and stay up to date with the most innovative techniques (even developed a few ourselves) and equipment (also assisted with testing of some) to provide the best quality and most efficient service to our customers at a reasonable cost. We love what we do and who we do it for.

I’m going to be posting as frequently as I can to help inform you, the homeowner, so that you are well equipped when you got an emergency and have to call…..Dun…Dun…Dunnnnnn…. The Plumber.
